How to repair a damaged hole using Watco Concrex
1
2
Thoroughly clean the damaged area. In the
event of contamination with oils and grease,
we recommend using a suitable cleaner
such as Watco Concroff® (page 16).
4
For very shallow repairs or screeding,
Watco Tack Coat is essential to ensure
maximum adhesion to the substrate.
5
Wearing rubber gloves, mix the
components together by hand until you
get an evenly coloured light grey mixture.
Apply the mixed epoxy resin mortar
to the damaged area; making sure to
compact the mixture into the hole.
3
Empty the epoxy resin and sand mixture
into a Watco Concrex® Mixing Tub.
Then pour in the curing agent, ensuring
all bottles are completely empty.
6
Smooth over the repair with a trowel.
To avoid marks or scratches on the
surface, wipe the trowel with a damp
cloth. This will prevent the mortar
sticking to the trowel.
