EPOXY
GLOSS COAT
More durable, scratch
resistant and glossier
than ever before
Key product information
Water based epoxy resin
Two part water based systems
vary hugely but it is best to go for
a re-enforced, high-performance
product that contains the minimum
amount of water, such as Epoxy
Gloss Coat. The systems are
supplied as a tin of resin base and
a tin of curing agent. Once the
two parts are combined, the water
evaporates and the coating dries.
Available in 4 versions
Epoxy Gloss Coat is ideal to
brighten and protect medium
trafficked areas. Epoxy Matt
Coat is popular for surfaces with
imperfections as the matt finish
reduces the light reflection on the
surface. Our hygienic versions are
perfect for areas where cleanliness
and hygiene are as important as a
hard wearing finish.
Superior performance
All grades now carry CE Mark
EN1504-2 and have impressive test
results for abrasion, scratch and
impact resistance as well as for
adhesion, hardness and flexibility.
They are also breathable, chemical
resistant and safe for food
production areas. The range carries
an A+ VOC emissions rating with a
low level of VOC.
